Carrier-defined processing
One platform for controlled commercial outputs
WebCDR combines record protection, mediation, classification, rating, reconciliation, billing, reporting, and export functions around each operator’s data and business rules.
The processing path
Protect
Where appropriate, mask selected identifiers before downstream processing.
Ingest
Receive, validate, mediate, normalize, and enrich usage records.
Classify
Apply explainable traffic and commercial rules.
Rate
Use carrier-specific tariffs, agreements, and operating logic.
Deliver
Produce invoices, assurance evidence, reports, and exports.
Carrier-specific by design
Record formats, agreements, rating logic, exceptions, approval paths, and outputs vary by operator. WebCDR configures the processing context around those requirements instead of imposing a single commercial model.
Built to coexist
WebCDR can complement network elements, retail BSS platforms, finance systems, reporting tools, and established carrier workflows. Integration and operational responsibility are defined for each engagement.
Language and terminology are platform capabilities
WebCDR uses database-driven interface strings and translator workflows to support carrier-specific language and terminology. Existing work includes partial Spanish coverage, while some later interface text remains hard-coded and requires implementation review.
Localization boundary. This capability supports interface translation and configurable terminology. It is not a claim that legal, tax, regulatory, or operational localization is complete for a market.
Controls and evidence
Processed usage, classifications, rating results, overrides, reconciliations, and delivery records can provide an evidence trail for carrier review. WebCDR’s relevant operational controls have been independently examined through the SOC 1 Type 2 process.
Scope matters. Product capabilities and deployment details depend on agreed data sources, formats, services, access controls, integrations, and responsibilities. Prototype capabilities are identified explicitly.
